I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious enough for the four of us and our two dogs, nice, clean, and well-equipped – we'll definitely choose this place every time we visit Buffalo. The service was top-notch with very helpful staff, and the location was fantastic for getting to the waterfront and downtown Buffalo. The dining options were great and being able to prepare meals in the room kitchenette was a big plus. The facilities were just what we needed for a comfortable stay.

I had a love-hate relationship with this hotel. The rooms were nicely equipped with a kitchenette, recliner, and a large desk/table, making it cozy especially at night, but I had to buy everything including a toothbrush and shower cap. The service was a letdown despite the friendly and professional demeanor, and the location was good but a little far from Niagara Falls. The dining options were fine with us, and the facilities were basic.
